Sue Barton named
Program Director

The University of Oklahoma National Resource Center for Youth Services is pleased to announce the arrival of Sue Barton as the new Program Director for the Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Centers (RHYTTAC). Sue comes to us with a long history of working in the field of Youth Services including Basic Center, Transitional Living, Street Outreach, Competency Based Services, and Youth Development. Training services are directed at assisting RHY grantees to engage in continuous quality improvement of their services and to build their capacity to effectively serve our nation's runaway and homeless youth.

RHY Training Center supports Basic Center, Transitional Living, Maternity Group Homes, and Street Outreach providers through:

  • Information Dissemination
  • E-Learning
  • Skill-Based Training
  • Transitional Living Program Grantees Meeting
  • National Runaway and Homeless Youth Conference

Technical assistance services are directed at assisting RHY grantees to engage in continuous quality improvement of their services and to build their capacity to effectively serve our nation's runaway and homeless youth.

RHY Technical Assistance Center offers support to Basic Center, Street Outreach, Transitional Living and Maternity Group Home providers through:
