Sue Barton named The University of Oklahoma National Resource Center for Youth Services is pleased to announce the arrival of Sue Barton as the new Program Director for the Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Centers (RHYTTAC). Sue comes to us with a long history of working in the field of Youth Services including Basic Center, Transitional Living, Street Outreach, Competency Based Services, and Youth Development.
