Sue Barton Named Assistant Director The University of Oklahoma National Resource Center for Youth Services (NRCYS) is pleased to announce the arrival of Sue Barton as a new Assistant Director for NRCYS. Sue will manage the Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Centers (RHYTTAC). Sue comes to us with a long history of working in the field of Youth Services including Basic Center, Transitional Living, Street Outreach, Competency Based Services, and Youth Development. Sue has been a trainer/consultant for over 15 years and has provided Training and Technical Assistance nationwide since 1989. She served on the Southwest Network for Youth Services Board of Directors for nine years and was the Chair of the board for two years. She has also served on the National Network for Youth’s National Council on Youth Policy. Sue is certified to train Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB), the Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Curriculum (RCYCP), Ansell-Casey Life Skills Assessment, Street Smarts, and Winning Through Participation Group Facilitation and Strategic Planning from the Institute of Cultural Affairs.
