Transitional Living Grantees Meeting
The Transitional Living Grantees Meeting was held in San Diego, CA on June 3, 2009 in conjunction with the National Pathways to Adulthood Conference.

RHYTTAC and FYSB were pleased to host 197 participants, representing 137 agencies at the recent meeting.  After a general session that included a welcome from Acting Associate Commissioner, Curtis O. Porter, TLP grantees chose from five workshop sessions. This year’s workshop topics were:
  • Employment
  • Sustainability
  • Seven Key Elements of Life Skills
  • Education
  • TLP start up. TLP participants also attended a networking luncheon with the state independent living coordinators.
Workshop sessions included rich discussions and offered the opportunity for TLP grantees to learn from presenters and colleagues from across the country. RHYTTAC will be providing additional information on these important topics during the upcoming year.
