Technical Assistance

RHYTAC offers a three tiered approach to technical assistance as a systemic way to address both standardized (common) technical assistance needs and individualized program-specific technical assistance needs of RHY grantees.

Tier 1:

RHY High Quality Information Dissemination (Universal RHY Grantee Needs) – Information Sharing

  • Help-Desk
  • RHY Program Profiles
  • E-Bulletins

Tier 2:

RHY High Quality/High Leverage Technical Assistance Services (Targeted RHY Needs) – Immediate Technical Assistance

  • RHY Community of Practice around RHY issues
  • List-servs
  • Webinars
  • Immediate, intensive skill-based technical assistance to newly funded and/or inexperienced RHY grantees
  • Technical Assistance Clinics

Tier 3:

RHY High Quality/High Impact Technical Assistance Services (Intensive RHY Grantee Needs) – Reports Utilization and Consultation

  • On-Site and Off-Site Technical Assistance to address individualized, program-specific programmatic and administrative concerns
